Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy for faulty or damaged items, not for change of mind.

We offer a 12-month limited warranty on the internal structures of our stainless steel water bottles, travel cups, and can/bottle coolers, including the vacuum seal and insulation.

Lids are covered under a 90-day warranty for structural issues.

Hand Wash Recommended: Dishwasher safe on the top rack, but hand washing prevents permanent cloudiness (etching).

Avoid Thermal Shock: Don’t move from hot rinse to freezer; sudden temperature changes can cause micro-fractures.
