We have a 30-day return policy for faulty or damaged items, not for change of mind.
We offer a 12-month limited warranty on the internal structures of our stainless steel water bottles, travel cups, and can/bottle coolers, including the vacuum seal and insulation.
Lids are covered under a 90-day warranty for structural issues.

The Meaning Behind the Black Tortoise & Snake
Known in Japan as Genbu, the Black Tortoise & Snake is one of the legendary Four Symbols of East Asian mythology.
