Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy for faulty or damaged items, not for change of mind.

We offer a 12-month limited warranty on the internal structures of our stainless steel water bottles, travel cups, and can/bottle coolers, including the vacuum seal and insulation.

Lids are covered under a 90-day warranty for structural issues.

Can I use the same lid on a different size bottle?

Yes, our lids are fully interchangeable across all of our water bottle sizes, so you can easily switch to your preferred style.

Does the lids leak?

Yes, our lids are designed to be leak-proof. If you experience any leaks, please check that the silicone gasket is intact and properly seated inside the lid. If you are still experiencing leaking please contact us.

Do the lids come in other colours?

Currently, our lids are only available in black – but stay tuned for future options!

Why don’t you offer straw lids?

We've tested several straw lids, but each had leaking issues. We're committed to finding a leak-proof option and will offer it once it meets our standards.
