We have a 30-day return policy for faulty or damaged items, not for change of mind.

We offer a 12-month limited warranty on the internal structures of our stainless steel water bottles, travel cups, and can/bottle coolers, including the vacuum seal and insulation.

Lids are covered under a 90-day warranty for structural issues.

Cleaning guide

Instructions for use: Please put them in the freezer for at least 4 hours before using them. When finished, rinse them under warm water and store them in their bag back in the freezer for next use. Please wash before first use.
