We have a 30-day return policy for faulty or damaged items, not for change of mind.

We offer a 12-month limited warranty on the internal structures of our stainless steel water bottles, travel cups, and can/bottle coolers, including the vacuum seal and insulation.

Lids are covered under a 90-day warranty for structural issues.

We don’t recommend putting our whisky glasses in the freezer, especially those with thinner walls. However, some customers have done so with no issues. For best results, we suggest using a whisky stone or chilling the glass with ice for optimal enjoyment.
