We have a 30-day return policy for faulty or damaged items, not for change of mind due to the nature of our goods (drinkware) and strict Australian health and hygiene regulations.

We offer a 12-month limited warranty on the internal structures of our stainless steel water bottles, travel cups, and can/bottle coolers, including the vacuum seal and insulation.

Lids are covered under a 90-day warranty for structural issues.
