Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy for faulty or damaged items, not for change of mind.

We offer a 12-month limited warranty on the internal structures of our stainless steel water bottles, travel cups, and can/bottle coolers, including the vacuum seal and insulation.

Lids are covered under a 90-day warranty for structural issues.

Cleaning guide

To clean we recommend using a non abrasive cloth with warm soapy water and then let to air dry.
These are not Dishwasher safe.
When not in use keep out of direct sunlight.

Will this work on twist-off caps?

While it’s specifically designed to pop off traditional crown caps (like those on most beer and cider bottles) with ease, it is not recommended for twist-off caps as it may not grip the threading correctly.
