Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy for faulty or damaged items, not for change of mind.
We offer a 12-month limited warranty on the internal structures of our stainless steel water bottles, travel cups, and can/bottle coolers, including the vacuum seal and insulation.
Lids are covered under a 90-day warranty for structural issues.

The set includes one Phoenix, one White Tiger, one Azure Dragon and one Black Tortoise & Snake coaster, creating a beautifully balanced set that represents four distinctive stories and symbols.
Each coaster features original Japanese-inspired artwork created for the collection, with rich colour, intricate detail and warm gold accents tying the four designs together.
Made from ceramic sandstone with a smooth matte finish, each generously sized 10.7 cm square coaster is completed with a protective cork backing to help protect your surfaces.
The Meaning Behind the Four Mythical Creatures
Inspired by the legendary Four Symbols of East Asian mythology, each creature carries its own symbolism and character.
The Phoenix — Suzaku
A symbol of renewal, resilience, strength and hope. The Phoenix represents the ability to rise again, embrace change and move forward with renewed purpose.
The White Tiger — Byakko
Associated with strength, courage, protection and confidence. The White Tiger represents standing strong, trusting your inner strength and protecting what matters.
The Azure Dragon — Seiryu
A symbol associated with strength, growth, vitality and forward movement. The Azure Dragon represents momentum, possibility and the confidence to continue moving ahead.
The Black Tortoise & Snake — Genbu
