Shipping policy

Shipping Locations & Currency

We currently only ship to addresses within Australia and New Zealand. Orders placed from other countries cannot be fulfilled at this time. All product prices and shipping fees listed on our website are fully inclusive of GST for both countries. Prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) for Australian customers, and in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) for New Zealand customers. Final charges for New Zealand orders are calculated at checkout using the current Shopify exchange rate.

Order Processing Times

All orders require 1 to 4 business days for processing (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays), which may extend up to the full 4 business days during peak periods. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can follow its progress via the carrier.

Australia Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Orders $80.00 AUD and above: Standard shipping is completely free nationwide.

  • Orders under $80.00 AUD: A flat-rate standard shipping fee of $6.99 AUD applies.

Optional Shipping Add-ons:

  • Registered Post: For extra peace of mind, a signature required can be added to your order for $2.95 AUD.

  • Express Shipping: Available for $15.99 AUD. Please note that whisky decanters are excluded from express shipping due to their size and weight. If you need a decanter shipped via express within Australia, please contact us directly for a custom quote.

Estimated delivery times within Australia after processing are:

  • Metro Areas: Standard 2–5 business days, Express 1–2 business days

  • WA & Rural Areas: Standard 3–8 business days, Express 1–6 business days (Darwin & Katherine require a minimum of 3–4 business days)

Please ensure your correct billing address is used when shipping to parcel lockers, as incorrect details may result in processing delays or cancellation.

New Zealand Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Orders $90.00 NZD and above: Standard international shipping is completely free across New Zealand.

  • Orders under $90.00 NZD: A flat-rate standard shipping fee of $10.00 NZD applies.

Please note: Due to weight and high freight costs, we are currently unable to ship whisky decanters to New Zealand. Express shipping is also unavailable for New Zealand orders at this time.

Estimated delivery times to New Zealand: Takes 6 to 13 business days, excluding our standard handling time. Orders under NZD $1,000 are generally exempt from customs fees and import taxes, but customers are fully responsible for any applicable duties or fees on orders exceeding NZD $1,000.

Transit & Delivery Liability

While we hand over your parcel to the courier in perfect condition, the transit process is handled by a third party outside of our direct control. We are not responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost, or stolen in transit, nor are we liable for missing or stolen parcels once the courier has confirmed delivery to your specified address. If you choose to give the courier authority to leave your package without a signature, you accept full responsibility for its safe delivery.

Damaged Items & Packaging Policy

We carefully package every item to ensure it survives the journey, but courier handling is beyond our control. If your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist you in finding a solution or lodging a claim.

Please note that cosmetic damage to outer gift boxes or packaging boxes (especially for decanters) is outside our control, and any disputes regarding damaged exterior packaging must be addressed directly with the delivery service. All shipping and handling fees are strictly non-refundable.
