Shipping and Packaging Information


Shipping in Australia

  • Free Standard Shipping Australia Wide
  • Registered Post (signature required): $2.95 *optional extra add on 
  • Express Post: $15.99*

*Whisky decanters are excluded due to size and weight. Contact us for express shipping quotes on decanters.

Order Processing: 1-4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During peak periods, allow up to 4 business days.

Delivery Estimates:

  • Metro Areas: Standard 2–5 business days, Express 1–2 business days
  • WA & Rural Areas: Standard 3–8 business days, Express 1–6 business days (*Darwin & Katherine: min 3–4 business days)

Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Check it via Australia Post.

Authority to Leave: If you allow Australia Post to leave your package without a signature, you accept responsibility for safe delivery.

Parcel Lockers: Orders must use the correct billing address. Incorrect addresses may delay or cancel orders.


Shipping to New Zealand

We ship to New Zealand using standard international shipping. Please note, due to their weight and high shipping cost, whisky decanters are not currently shipped to New Zealand.

  • Free standard shipping across New Zealand 

Order Processing: 1-4 business days (Monday–Friday). During peak periods, allow up to 4 business days.

Estimated Delivery: 6–13 business days, excluding picking and processing time.

Customs & Duties: Orders under NZD $1,000 are generally exempt from customs fees and import taxes. Customers are responsible for any applicable fees on orders over NZD $1,000.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Note: Express shipping is not currently available for New Zealand orders.

 All prices are shown in NZD. Final charges are calculated at checkout using the current shopify exchange rate.


Shipping Availability

  • We only ship to Australia and New Zealand.
  • Orders from other countries cannot be fulfilled at this time.

Shipping & Packaging Terms

  1. We take responsibility for your parcel until confirmed delivered to the address provided.
  2. We are not responsible for missing or stolen parcels after delivery confirmation from Australia Post.
  3. We carefully package items to ensure safe delivery, but cannot control courier handling.
  4. If items are damaged in transit, contact us immediately for assistance.
  5. Damage to gift or packaging boxes (especially decanters) is outside our control.
  6. Disputes regarding damaged packaging must be addressed with Australia Post.
  7. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
