At Solkatt Designs, we want you to love your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it free of charge. We aim to make the resolution process as quick and hassle-free as possible.

How to Make a Claim

If your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps within 7 days of delivery:

  1. Capture the Evidence: Take clear photos or a short video of the damaged item and its packaging.

  2. Reach Out: Email us at sales@solkattdesigns.com.au or fill out our online contact form. Remember to include your order number and the media you captured.

What Happens Next?

  • Review & Response: We will get back to you within 1–2 business days.

  • Replacements: Once approved, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.

  • Out-of-Stock Items: If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a comparable alternative or a full refund.
