Are these dishwasher safe?

Dishwashing vacuum insulated bottles and cups can cause:
Weakened insulation: Heat and pressure may damage the vacuum seal, reducing temperature retention.
Discolouration: Heat and chemicals can fade or damage the exterior.
Potential leaks: Dishwasher cycles can stress seams and seals, leading to leaks.

For best results, hand wash to maintain performance and appearance.
The use of a dishwasher will void the warranty.

What does the 12-month warranty cover?

We offer a 12-month limited warranty on the internal structures of all of our stainless steel drinkware, including the vacuum seal and insulation.

Do the water bottles fit in cupholders?

Only our 650ml water bottles and travel cups fit in most standard car cup holders, making them a convenient choice for travel.

Can I use the same lid on a different size bottle?

Yes, our lids are fully interchangeable across all of our water bottle sizes, so you can easily switch to your preferred style.

How to Clean Your Stainless Steel Drinkware

These bottles are Hand Wash Only
Dishwashers can damage double-walled, vacuum-insulated bottles and may discolour powder-coated finishes. Hand washing is required to maintain the integrity of your drinkware—use of a dishwasher voids our 12-month limited warranty.

Cleaning Tips
Use warm soapy water and a bottle brush for the inside; a non-abrasive sponge or cloth for the outside.

Rust-Resistant, Not Rust-Proof
304 stainless steel resists rust but may develop spotting over time.
Baking Soda (Bicarb Soda) cleaning:
Highly effective for stains, odours, and rust.
Make a paste with baking soda and water to scrub, or soak in hot water with baking soda and vinegar for 10–30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.

Bar Keepers Friend: This is also useful for removing tough stains and restoring shine to your stainless steel drinkware.
