As we only use Australia Post to send out orders, we have been advised of the below cut off dates. As we ship from South of Brisbane QLD and its the busiest time of the year for Austpost, we definitely recommend for our West Coast customers to keep these dates in mind when ordering.
*** This does not apply to gift cards as they get issued as soon as payment has been made***
With rural and especially the more rural parts of WA and NT we have decided those orders need to be in by no later than the 12th of December. We have noticed that some orders to these areas are arriving anywhere between 10-15 days from the time we lodge them at the post office.
We want to ensure that if you are ordering for Christmas than ALL orders for Christmas, for all areas (excl WA, NT and Rural areas 12th of December) need to be in by the 15th of December.
