- All discount/coupon codes are not applicable to products that have already been discounted (On Sale).
- If you have a discount code that applies to a free product, you need to add it in the Order Special Instructions in your cart at the checkout page.  At this stage, there is no way for our website developer to automatically add the free product and any discount the code will give you once you have inputed the discount/coupon code.
- If you have been given a Code to use and it allows you to qualify for a free item. Make sure you have followed the instructions on how to redeem it.Â
- This policy applies to all products and services offered by Solkatt Designs.
- Any attempt to apply a discount/coupon code to an already discounted product will not work, and you will get a error message, unless specified on your code/coupon.
- Solkatt Designs reserves the right to refuse or cancel the application of any discount/coupon code on already discounted products at its sole discretion.
- Solkatt Designs may, at its discretion, make exceptions to this policy during special promotional events or at specific times determined by the company.
- The company's decision on the application of discount/coupon codes on discounted products is final and binding.
- Solkatt Designs reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms and conditions on the company's website.
- Customers are advised to review the terms and conditions regularly for any updates or changes to the discount policy.
- By using any discount/coupon code on the Solkatt Designs website, customers agree to comply with this policy and the general terms and conditions of the company.
- Solkatt Designs reserves the right to terminate any discount code and cancel orders if it is found that customers are in violation of this policy. Any money paid will be promptly refunded in such cases.
- Please ensure you read the coupon/discount code requirements thoroughly before applying the code to your purchase to ensure eligibility and compliance.
- If you have been issued a code that is no longer showing on our emails, website etc, please try to use that code. If you have any issues please reach out to us.
