So we have decided to make the customer portal email and password access instead of the original way we had when we launched.
For all current customers, this does not affect your current customer portal, it will just now ask you for a password. To get this you need to put your email in and click on forget password.
When you have done this, this is where you can make a password to access your account. Once you have created your password you will notice that all of your current and past orders and all of your information is still there.
We have done this due to some customer feedback who may not have access to their email while out and about.
So yes it is a little bit old school but makes it a lot easier for those sneaky purchases while at work :)
